Training methodology is participatory and very active; trainees learn participatory methodology by doing participatory methodology. Trainees can practise their new skills in the safety of a training course; and are required to be involved in group discussions and leadership, exercises and role plays.
Training courses can be between one day and two weeks long, and can be aimed at beginners to experienced practitioners. Each training course is designed specifically for the student group and area where they work.
